PUPPY WAIT LIST

This is the form to be put on a Wait List for a puppy. To be added to the Wait List, please fill out the information and send a fee of $200 to us. The fee will be deducted from the cost of the puppy.

Once you have filled out the form, please email us for payment options. Once payment is made, make sure you also email receipt of payment and include your name, phone number and email so we are sure to link it to the proper person.
